When the team at Commfire approached Eurotech Fire Systems Ltd to address Vines BMW’s safety needs, the dealership had been experiencing issues with their current fire detection system. The panel had outlived its use, the device continually crashing and activating false alarms. Not only were these frustrating for the staff, but also caused alarm for the customers and reflected an unprofessional atmosphere on the company. To make matters worse, the system had suffered a complete shutdown, which imposed unacceptable safety risks in the event of an actual fire.
