Eurotech Intelligent Multi-Sensor Detector – with Isolator

The EURV-PHI Intelligent Multi-Criteria Detector is a point detection device that continuously samples both the air and the temperature variation in the protected area to provide the earliest warning of a fire condition. Special algorithms utilise information from both the smoke and heat sensing elements to ensure high level of false alarm rejection without compromising genuine alarm sensing performance. This detector forms part of the Eurotech range of aesthetically pleasing low profile detection and alarm products and is fully compatible with all fire control equipment utilising the Eurotech fully digital communication protocol.

A bi-directional isolator is fitted to help protect against wiring faults and allows auto addressing on compatible control panel.

Eurotech Intelligent Manual Call Point

The Eurotech resettable indoor call point is smooth and quick to install thanks to the easy wiring design and the front operating element that snaps into place requiring no additional tools.
The call point benefits from improved levels of visibility thanks to a reflective polyester flag at the bottom of the operating face and a brightly illuminated LED ring in the centre of the active area which allows the alarm condition to be viewed over a wide angle of 170 degrees. The alarm flag indicator can be easily reset using the call point key provided, making the call point ready for immediate re-use.

Eurotech Intelligent Weatherproof Manual Call Point – with Isolator

The EURV-MCP-IP67 Intelligent Waterproof Manual Call Point is compatible with all fire control panels utilising the Eurotech fully digital communication protocol. Reliable and fast operation is achieved even when employing the impressive 240 device loop capacity. The operating “glass” element on the front face of the Call Point and the alarm flag indicator can be easily reset using a special key. Therefore, after activation, the call point can be quickly restored to its normal quiescent state making it ready for immediate re-use. The Call Point design also provides bi-directional short circuit isolators, plus a visual LED indicator to confirm communication polling and alarm activation.

The weatherproof element has been designed and engineered to provide protection for devices exposed to hostile environments. Applications include off-shore, the food and beverage industry, swimming pools and leisure centres, underground installations and any area where exposure to the environment is likely to cause damage to equipment.

Eurotech Intelligent Detector Base

The standard intelligent low profile mounting base has been designed for use with any of the Eurotech point type intelligent detector range. The base’s layout allows plenty of space for cable access and has multiple mounting-hole positions for use with a variety of back boxes. The unit has terminations for loop wiring, remote indicator connection and termination of shield cabling. When no device is fitted into the base, an automatic spring connection maintains loop continuity ready for loop cable testing. Once the device is refitted the spring is displaced allowing the loop isolators to operate.

Eurotech Intelligent Slave Base Sounder

The EURV-ABSS is an aesthetically pleasing low profile Intelligent Sounder Base. When used in conjunction with an associated intelligent detector the unit can be controlled via the cause and effect programming of a compatible control panel utilising the Eurotech digital protocol. The unit has integral DIP switches allowing the independent adjustment of both sounder Volume and Tone settings. The unit’s integral detector base has easy access for loop cabling and allows for the connection of both the sounder and associated detector via a single set of cable terminations.

Eurotech Intelligent Platform Base Sounder

The Eurotech Platform Base Sounder incorporates all of the features of the 100-5013V and more; Each device takes one unique address from the range of 1 to 240. A Bi-directional isolator is fitted to help protect against wiring faults and allows auto addressing on compatible control panels. The number of devices on the loop is determined by the total loop load calculation.

The EURV-ABSB is a fully intelligent and aesthetically pleasing low profile Base Sounder with combined 360° visual indicator. By utilising the Eurotech fully digital communication protocol, reliable and fast operation is achieved even when employing the impressive 240 device loop capacity. Once installed on to a compatible loop the device is fully addressable and benefits from an extensive range of intelligent functionality, including sounder synchronisation. The unit’s integral detector base has easy access for loop cabling and allows for the connection of both the sounder and associated detector via a single set of cable terminations.

All devices are weather proof, therefore this combined with the modular approach means the majority of applications can be achieved with very few stock components. The unit is equipped with 3 levels of volume adjustment and 32 recognised tones which can be set via the control equipment or locally at the sounder.

The EURV-AV Wall Sounder VAD forms the core of our EN54-23 modular visual alarm device (VAD) range. The unit is fully intelligent. All devices are weather proof therefore this combined with the modular approach means the majority of applications can be achieved with very few stock components. The unit is equipped with 3 levels of volume adjustment, high output LED beacon and 32 recognised tones which can be set via the control equipment or locally at the sounder.

Odyssey Isolator Base (for use with stand alone Isolator)

The Isolator is placed at intervals on the loop and ensures that, in the case of a short circuit, only the section between the isolators will be affected. When the short circuit is removed, the isolators automatically restore power and data to the isolated section. The Isolator can only be used with an Isolator base and will not fit a standard addressable base. The Isolator Base is only suitable for use with the Isolator.

Eurotech Conventional Optical Smoke Detector

The optical detector has been designed with a unique symmetrical chamber.

The chamber ensures optimum air entry from all directions and offers immunity to ambient light into the detectors.

A drift compensation algorithm maintains alarm sensitivity thresholds effectively extending time between maintenance periods.

Eurotech Conventional A1R Heat Detector

The thermal detector incorporates a single centrally positioned NTC thermostat that continuously samples temperature variations in the protected area. The detector its self can be configured as a rate of rise class detector A1R or high temperature class B heat detector.

Eurotech Conventional Multi-Sensor Detector

The 100-2222V multi-criteria detector combines optical and thermal detection capability providing early fire warning with a high level of false alarm rejection. A drift compensation algorithm maintains alarm sensitivity thresholds effectively extending the time between maintenance periods. A single centrally positioned thermistor continuously samples the temperature variation in the protected area.

Eurotech Conventional Diode Base

Conventional detector low profile mounting base. Secure and reliable cable termination Fitted with an alarm current limitation resistor to provide continuity during detector removal. A useful terminal provides remote indicator output, & accepts 2.5mm cables.
