Hochiki Photoelectric Smoke Sensor – Marine Approved (Ivory Case)

ALN-ENM is a Marine Approved Photoelectric Smoke Sensor, which is fully compatible with Hochiki’s ESP Analogue Addressable Protocol. The ALN-ENM incorporates Hochiki’s newest High Performance Chamber Technology removing the need to use Ionisation Smoke Sensors in the majority of applications. This also allows the sensor threshold level to be increased, thereby improving the signal to noise ratio and reducing susceptibility to false alarms.

 

The ALN-ENM smoke chamber is easily removed or replaced for cleaning and utilises a unique improved baffle design which allows smoke to enter the chamber whilst keeping out ambient light.

Hochiki Recess Adaptor for Ivory ESP & CDX Devices – Requires Installation Kit: YYA-A

Model YBN-UA is a mounting adaptor for both the ESP and CDX Range of sensors and Detectors and their associated mounting bases. The YBN-UA allows a base and head combination to be flush mounted by providing a recess fixing the ceiling.

It is supplied with a fixing clamp kit (YYA-1) which secures the YBN-UA within a pre-cut hole up to a maximum ceiling thickness of 30mm.

Hochiki Remote Indicator with Fire Text

The REM-E Remote Indicator is designed for fire detection systems requiring local indication of an individual or group of fire detectors in alarm utilising an LED with a wide area of illumination and high on/off contrast. The unit comes with a single gang, purpose-designed back box and operates with many types of conventional and analogue addressable fire detectors, frequently eliminating the requirements to stock two types of indicator. The device can also be used for other applications requiring a local visual indicator such as process control, security and shut down operations.

The YBN-R/3(SCI)-OEM is an adaptor featuring an integral short-circuit isolator, which has been designed to be fitted to a standard sensor mounting base (YBN-R/3) to convert it into a short-circuit isolator base. This combined unit will then detect and
isolate short-circuits on the loop. When a short-circuit is detected the combined unit will drop the power to the rest of the loop. The combined unit is compatible with the ESP range of sensors and does not require a loop address. A remote fire LED facility is provided when a sensor is attached to the combined unit.

NOTE: A fitted sensor will still be powered when this device is isolating.

Hochiki Short-circuit Isolator Base – for wall sounders (White)

Model YBO-R/SCI(WHT/SNDR) is a Loop Isolator, which is fully compatible with Hochiki’s ESP analogue addressable protocol. The YBO-R/SCI(WHT/SNDR) Base has been specifically designed to be compatible with the white wall sounder (CHQ-WS2(WHT)) and the white wall sounder beacon (CHQ-WSB2(WHT)).

The Base incorporates an amber LED to show when it is isolating a section of the loop. The YBO-R/SCI(WHT/SNDR) does not use an address, and has the same wiring configuration as the YBN-R/3 Sensor Base making it very simple to install. The YBO-R/SCI(WHT/SNDR) can also be used without a sounder; a cover (SI-CAP) can be fitted to conceal the wiring connections.

CHQ-SZM2-DINSCI

Hochiki Single Zone Monitor – DIN Enclosure with SCI

Model CHQ-SZM(HFP)-SCI is a Single Zone Monitor designed to allow up to 6 conventional detectors to be interfaced to Hochiki’s ESP analogue addressable system. The unit is also available as a DIN Rail mountable version; with or without an integral short-circuit isolator. The unit utilises simple DIL switches for reliable addressing. A back box is also available (CHQ-BACKBOX) which, when used in conjunction with the CHQ-SZM(HFP)-SCI, increases the IP rating to IP65. The conventional zone on the CHQ-SZM(HFP)-SCI does not support any line continuity options; if Call Points are being interfaced they should be wired at the beginning of the zone.

CHQ-SZM2SCI

Hochiki Single Zone Monitor with SCI

The CHQ-SZM2/M(SCI) is a Marine Approved Single Zone Monitor designed to allow up to 6 marine approved conventional detectors to be interfaced to Hochiki’s ESP analogue addressable system.  The unit also features an integral short-circuit isolator.

The CHQ-SZM2/M(SCI) utilises simple DIL switches for reliable addressing.  A back box is also available (CHQ-BACKBOX) which, when used in conjunction with the CHQ-SZM2/M(SCI), increases the IP rating to IP65.
